Analyse Coût Bénéfice des Investissements de la Mise en Œuvre de l’Interopérabilité entre les Formations Sanitaires et les Services de l’Etat Civil pour l’Enregistrement des Naissances au Burundi

Objectives: The tender's primary objective is to select an international consulting firm to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of investments in implementing interoperability between health facilities and civil registration services for birth registration in Burundi. This strategic analysis aims to aid decision-making on profitable investments to enhance children's access to civil registration services, especially through scaling up the interoperability approach nationwide. The study will provide quantitative evidence for supporting governmental systems and mobilizing resources for the birth registration program.
