Objectives: The primary objective of this consultancy assignment is to provide technical assistance to the SIFA Funding Window I project at the Institut National de Formation Agricole (INFA) de Tové in Togo. The project, titled "Inclusive Work-Linked Training in Agribusiness," aims to foster employment opportunities and skills development among youth, women, and vulnerable groups in Africa. The consultant is tasked with ensuring effective project implementation, aligning with SIFA guidelines, developing training curricula, specifying equipment needs, and establishing inclusive scholarship strategies. The role also involves mentoring project grantees to create sustainable management structures and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment with labor market needs.
