The aim is to identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas requiring improvement, providing actionable solutions to enhance payroll integrity and operational effectiveness. The consultant will assess the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the payroll operations, evaluate payroll controls, systems, and policies while ensuring alignment with industry best practices, and deliver a comprehensive report outlining findings and corrective measures.
