Objectives: The main objective is to design and implement a training program aimed at strengthening the human resources of the Directorate of Investment Programming of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and public sector entities. Specific goals include designing specialized curricular content, proposing a specialized study plan, promoting a theoretical-practical approach based on case studies, developing specialized instructional materials, delivering five specialized courses on tracking and monitoring public investment projects, and training 125 technical staff from the Ministry of Economy and Finance's Investment Programming Directorate and related public entities.
