Consultancy - Gender Consultant for the Execution of a Gender Analysis and Corresponding Action Plan – Relief to Recovery Livelihoods Project

Objectives: The consultancy aims to perform a comprehensive gender analysis as part of Caritas Austria's Relief to Recovery II project in Syria. It will focus on gender equality in business development within Homs and Hama, providing the project team with insights into gender gaps and inequalities affecting conflict-impacted communities. An action plan will be developed based on this analysis to strengthen the project's gender responsiveness, promote equal opportunities for men and women, and enhance women's empowerment through targeted interventions. This initiative is geared towards fostering gender equity, improving access to resources, and promoting sustainable livelihoods for women and men alike.
