Recrutement d'un cabinet pour la réalisation des micro-évaluations des structure partenaires de mise en œuvre des programmes

Objectives: The primary objective is to recruit a consulting firm to conduct micro-assessments of partner structures involved in the implementation of UNDP-supported programs under the Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers (HACT) framework. The evaluation aims to analyze partners' capacities in financial, administrative, and technical management, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and assessing risks to ensure effective intervention execution. The tender covers an average of two to fifteen micro-assessments annually. A successful contract will initially last one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance.
