Supervision of the construction works on the Multifunctional facility in Gusinje

Objectives: The primary objective is to engage a contractual service provider for supervision of construction works of a multifaceted public facility in Gusinje. This project aims to enhance capacities for social service delivery, specifically focusing on gender-responsive approaches, technical standards, and enhancing access to inclusive social services for vulnerable groups. The facility involves complex construction projects with civil works, utilities, and electrical installations supervision, targeting completion within 10 months, ensuring adherence to Montenegrin standards, and requiring experienced management and extensive reporting.
