EOI - Tanzania - Design, Structuring, Development of Risk Sharing and Financing Mechanism (RSFM) Framework - BBT Project I

Objectives: The project aims to design, restructure, and develop a Risk Sharing and Financing Mechanism (RSFM) to support the BBT project in Tanzania by enhancing financial access through de-risking investments for Participating Financial Institutions and offering affordable financing to businesses within the BBT scope. The RSFM will utilize a Risk Sharing Facility and a Concessional Loan Facility to achieve its goals, ultimately increasing investment in the agricultural sector. It encompasses technical, legal, and financial frameworks to inform the design, capitalization, and institutional arrangements for scalable and impactful solutions.
