TA-6788 IND: Supporting Health Systems Strengthening Projects - Consultant-Climate Change & Human Health - 2 (55262-001)

Objectives: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has initiated a tender to support health systems strengthening projects specifically focused on climate change and human health. This project aims to engage a consultant who will work with the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) to provide technical assistance and support activities related to climate change mitigation and adaptation, disaster risk education, and public health. The primary objectives include developing health adaptation plans for climate change, integrating data on air pollution and heat-related impacts, and bolstering capacity-building and financial monitoring in selected Indian states.
