EoI - from NGOs/CSOs/ CBOs (Odisha) - bridge the living income gap for smallholder farmers

Objectives: The program aims to close the living income gap for smallholder farmers through the farmer-owned agri-business model, enhancing the livelihood of women farmers with a focus on spices and millets. Objectives include building women entrepreneurs' capacity; providing market linkages and government scheme compliance; increasing returns from agriculture products through production and cost efficiency; promoting farm mechanization and climate resilience; enhancing women's participation in value chains; leveraging academia and research for value chain integration; and emphasizing local consumption of millets for nutrition.
