La República Argentina ha recibido un préstamo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID] para financiar el costo del Proyecto de Mejora Integral del Ferrocarril Gral. Roca: Ramal Constitución - La Plata, y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos de este Préstamo para efectuar los pagos estipulados en el Contrato de Tendido de Catenaria sobre vías y Líneas de Distribución de Energía LDS y LDF del Ferrocarril Gral. Roca - Ramal Constitución – La Plata.
La Unidad Ejecutora Central (UEC) del Ministerio de Interior y Transporte invita a los oferentes elegibles a presentar ofertas selladas para la Contratación de la obra: Tendido de Catenaria sobre vías y Líneas de Distribución de Energía LDS y LDF del Ferrocarril Gral. Roca - Ramal Constitución – La Plata. El período de entrega es 400 días desde el inicio de las obras.
La licitación se efectuará conforme a los procedimientos de licitación pública internacional establecidos en la publicación del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo titulada Políticas para Adquisición de Bienes y Obras financiados por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo GN 2349-9 y está abierta a oferentes provenientes de todos los países que se especifican en dichas políticas.
Los oferentes elegibles interesados podrán obtener sin costo un juego completo de los documentos de licitación en español, ingresando a la página web de la UEC (www.uec.gov.ar). Asimismo, el aviso de esta licitación estará disponible en los siguientes sitios web: United Nations Development Business (UNDB online: www.devbusiness.com), BID (www.iadb.org), portal de la UEC www.uec.gov.ar, y en el sitio de la Oficina Nacional de Contrataciones (www.argentinacompra.gov.ar)
Las ofertas deberán enviarse a la dirección que se indica infra a más tardar el día 10 de abril de 2014 a las 15:00 hs (hora local). Todas las ofertas deberán ir acompañadas de una Garantía Mantenimiento de la Oferta por un monto de:

Si un Oferente presenta oferta para más de un lote deberá presentar Garantía de Mantenimiento de Oferta por el importe de la sumatoria de la garantía solicitada para cada lote ofertado.
Las ofertas que lleguen tarde serán rechazadas. Las ofertas se abrirán en presencia de los representantes de los oferentes y de todas aquellas personas que quieran asistir, en la dirección que se señala infra,el día 10 de abril de 2014 a las 15:00 hs (hora local).
