Objectives: The Ministry of Youth and Culture, with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), aims to boost youth civic engagement in Djibouti through the development of a National Volunteering Program and a supporting digital platform. This involves designing and implementing a secure, user-friendly web and mobile application that facilitates the full lifecycle management of volunteers and missions. Key objectives include mobilizing, registering, training, managing, and monitoring young volunteers, enhancing transparency, and making the process equitable and accessible, especially for rural youth. Additional features include a public homepage, volunteer registration, mission management, e-learning modules, and data reporting capabilities.
