Objectives: The primary objective of this consultancy is to conduct physical and chemical analyses of soil samples for a semi-detailed soil study at a 1:50,000 scale within the departments of San Marcos, Totonicapán, and Quetzaltenango in Guatemala. This study is part of the larger project aimed at strengthening resilience to climate change impacts in highland watersheds of the Guatemalan Altiplano. The consultancy will process 12,660 soil samples and deliver reports detailing the analyses, facilitating informed decision-making for land management and agricultural sustainability.
