Policy and Capacity Building Consultant for Social Cohesion Initiatives

Objectives: The tender aims to enhance social cohesion in Montenegro by improving trust in institutions and fostering resilient communities against hate speech, gender-based violence, and youth violence. This initiative, part of the "Together for the Common Good" program funded by the UN Peacebuilding Fund, involves critical interventions at national and local levels across five Montenegrin municipalities. Objectives include empowering communities to engage in dialogues and collaborative actions, developing national and local action plans and pledges based on community dialogues, and enforcing policies that promote inclusive development, gender equality, and respect for diversity. The program will leverage cultural institutions, media, and communication platforms to promote ethical reporting and combat hate speech, with the ultimate goal of building a society committed to the common good and resilient to harmful influences.
