Provision of technical assistance and administration of an Innovation Fund and provision of technical assistance services to accelerate select digital credit products and business models for MSMEs in Uganda

Objectives: The tender aims to provide technical assistance and manage an Innovation Fund supporting data-driven fintech lenders in Uganda, primarily focusing on youth-led micro and small enterprises in the digital economy. Over a 24-month period, the selected entity will develop and scale 12 lending models using a $440,000 fund. This includes financial disbursements to eight fintech lenders and technical assistance to six fintechs. These initiatives target improving access to digital loans, device financing, and capital, especially for women-led businesses in diverse sectors like trade, technology, and agriculture.
