International Consultant to support development of the Law on Crypto Assets

Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to engage a Senior International Consultant to provide technical support to the Ministry of Finance in Montenegro for developing the Law on Crypto Assets. The consultant will aid in harmonizing the national law with European Union regulations, particularly the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework. Responsibilities include assisting with drafting, revising, and finalizing the law text, integrating stakeholder and EU feedback, strengthening regulatory and tax frameworks, and preparing necessary EU reporting documentation. The aim is to ensure Montenegro's legal alignment with EU standards, fostering regulatory transparency, and supporting sector development.
