Objectives: This tender invites consulting firms to design and implement the African Ports Connectivity Portal under the guidance of the African Development Bank. The project involves creating a web-based platform for data collection, storage, and retrieval, aimed at promoting collaboration and information sharing among African ports. It comprises three subregional data platforms and an integrated regional data platform to facilitate efficient data management and provide a comprehensive, centralized repository for port-related information, ultimately fostering sustainable development across the African port sector.
