Consultant to develop EORE SBC strategy and guideline

Objectives: The RAPPORT project, funded by the U.S. Department of State, aims to reduce risk of Explosive Ordnance (EO) accidents in high-risk areas of Quang Binh province and Hue city, Vietnam. This is achieved through developing an Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) Social Behavior Change (SBC) strategy and training resources for the local community, impacting farmers and their families. The project focuses on promoting safer EO practices among the community, with local implementation and coordination by the Department of Health in conjunction with the Core Groups—a consortium of community leaders and stakeholders.
