Framework Agreement to support EIB Advisory Activity in Greece and Cyprus

Objectives: The European Investment Bank (EIB) is seeking to establish framework agreements with specialized service providers to support EIB Advisory Services in Greece and Cyprus. The main purpose is to provide Technical Assistance and Advisory Support in various sectors like Just Transition, Climate Neutral Cities, Project Advisory Support, and Infrastructure Development. The estimated total contract value is EUR 20,000,000, and the contracts will be implemented primarily within the regions of Greece and Cyprus under the InvestEU Programme for 2021/2027, with possibilities of extending the contract for an additional year.
