Objectives: The tender seeks to appoint an International Governance and Process Improvement Expert to contribute to the Tokelau Governance & Leadership Initiation Plan Project. This project aims to enhance governance and leadership across Tokelau's government through improved operational processes and strengthened institutional capacity of public officials. Key objectives include the digitization of governance structures to enhance transparency and accessibility, and the development of inclusive governance and leadership training programs. The expert will conduct gender-sensitive assessments, revise the legal framework, and develop gender-responsive Standard Operating Procedures, contributing to a more equitable and efficient governance system in Tokelau.
