SC 124569 BAN: Senior Economist

Objectives: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is seeking a Senior Economist for a project aimed at catalyzing the development of the North–South economic corridor from Tetulia to Teknaf in Bangladesh. This corridor aims to drive structural transformation through logistics modernization, industrial clustering, regional trade facilitation, and urban integration. The consultant will assist the ADB and the Bangladesh government in evaluating the economic potential and logistics performance of the corridor, identifying policy and institutional bottlenecks, recommending reforms and investments, and preparing economic rationale for investments and policy support.
