CVN1228 - Procurement assistance to project management units under WARM Facility

Objectives: The call seeks the consultant's assistance to the Project Management Units (PMUs) of the WARM-supported provinces to enhance the quality and effectiveness in project management related to water and natural resources. The tender's purpose is to improve the resilience to climate change of communities in vulnerable areas, optimize the environmental and social performance of projects related to water management, and support policy dialogue in water resource management. Technical assistance involves a range of services such as the creation and review of terms of reference, training on procurement evaluation criteria, and development of requests for proposals and expressions of interest.
