RFP-054-IND-2025 - Diagnostic and Feasibility Study Assam and Odisha

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to conduct a Diagnostic and Feasibility Study for establishing state-level public infrastructure risk pools in the disaster-prone states of Odisha and Assam, integrating them with the national Bharat Natural Catastrophe Risk Insurance Pool (NATCAT Pool). The study aims to assess disaster risks, financial gaps, and the socio-economic impacts of infrastructure damage while proposing parametric insurance and hybrid financing models. Key services required include risk and vulnerability assessment, financial gap analysis, socio-economic impact study, risk financing mechanism design, and implementation framework. The timeline for this project is four months.
