Strengthening Reform Management in Jordan: Maintenance and Support for the Monitoring, Reporting & Verification System for Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Projects (MRV)

Objectives: The primary aim of this tender is to support the continued enhancement and maintenance of Jordan's Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) System for Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Projects. This system, which was first developed with the assistance of the World Bank, is a key tool in the country's climate change strategy. The consultancy will focus on addressing current system defects and ensuring its reliable operation. This includes assessing the system's current status, identifying any gaps or bugs, fixing issues without major code changes, updating system components, training personnel, and ensuring post-implementation support for two years to address any emergent issues promptly.
