Laos EU Cooperation Facility

Objectives: The Laos-EU Cooperation Facility aims to facilitate the implementation of EU funded programmes in Lao PDR, providing financial and operational support to strengthen the collaboration between the EU and Lao PDR. This initiative will enhance the EU's role as a key partner for Lao PDR by supporting necessary operations encompassing a variety of business services such as law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing, and security. The expected outcome is improved coordination and strengthened institutional frameworks that promote sustainable development and bolster EU-Lao relations over a three-year period, with services estimated at 2 million EUR excluding VAT.
