Baseline survey for the Rural Enterprises for Agricultural Development

Objectives: The objective of the baseline survey is to gather pre-project data to establish conditions and benchmarks for monitoring and evaluation of the Rural Enterprises for Agricultural Development project. This survey aims to assess the characteristics, practices, and initial conditions of the eligible population, allowing for a comparison of future changes. The survey will also enable thorough data collection of beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries for performance evaluations, ensuring adherence to the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)'s Core Outcome Indicator Measurement Guidelines. Specific objectives include measuring the conditions of the eligible population, establishing a pre-project benchmark for outcome and impact indicators, and generating insightful data to improve project outcomes.
