Objectives: The Tunisian-Swiss Intellectual Property Project (TUSIP) is a development cooperation project between the Swiss and Tunisian governments, funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and implemented by the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI). The project's goal is to provide effective intellectual property protection to entrepreneurs, creators, researchers, and producers in Tunisia through various activities in collaboration with national stakeholders. The specific objective of this tender is to select a service provider to develop and implement a modern, inclusive, and accessible Learning Management System (LMS) platform for the Tunisian Organization for Copyright and Related Rights (OTDAV).
