PUR2505/26 Provision of Audiovisual (A/V) Support Services for EBRD Headquarters

Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to secure a competent service provider to deliver comprehensive, on-site audiovisual (A/V) support at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Headquarters, located in Canary Wharf, London. The contracted services aim to provide seamless and modern operation of A/V technology across the facility's 99 meeting spaces and 37 offices, which serve as a critical hub for approximately 1,100 professionals daily. Services are expected to include end-to-end support for meetings and hybrid events, including technically complex and high-priority occasions, as well as ensure maximum uptime and quick incident response of all A/V equipment. Further, the winning applicant should provide ongoing technical expertise across several leading A/V platforms and solutions, contributing to a reliable and fully integrated technological environment that aligns with EBRD's IT infrastructures, such as their Software Defined Access (SDA) network. Overall, the scope is to ensure high standards of technical efficiency and service continuity within EBRD’s HQ.
