Individual Consultant- Biodiversity Policy - Planning and Reporting

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking an Individual Consultant for the 'Biodiversity Policy - Planning and Reporting' assignment under the GEF 8 Enabling Activity Project in India. This initiative aims to support the update and implementation of India's National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP) and the preparation of the Seventh National Report (NR7) aligned with the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. The consultant will focus on developing publications, engaging key partners, and facilitating various stakeholder meetings to support biodiversity conservation commitments while ensuring preparedness for the new report due to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD).
