Objectives: The U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Korea intends to replace nine aged HVAC units serving eight houses in the Yongsan Embassy Housing compound. The tender's primary objective is to procure services for the careful removal and replacement of the existing HVAC systems, installation of new geothermal units, modification of ductwork, and safe disposal of old equipment with the oversight of Embassy personnel.
