RFP-069-IND-2025-E-waste recycling facility in India

Objectives: The tender seeks to conduct a feasibility study for establishing a commercial, end-to-end e-waste recycling facility in India. The objective is to create a facility that can dismantle, segregate, and recycle electronic waste while efficiently recovering high-value materials such as precious metals, critical minerals, and rare earth elements through advanced processing technologies. The study will primarily rely on secondary research and will assess the current e-waste recycling landscape, evaluate economic viability, and support the business case deployment. It aims to identify technological, regulatory, financial, and institutional enablers necessary to establish such a facility at scale, in alignment with the principles of a circular economy.
