Objectives: The objective of this tender is to provide technical support in the participatory construction process of the Second Adaptation Communication as part of the update process of the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC 3.0) in Paraguay. This involves facilitating inter-institutional coordination, managing information, and ensuring the fulfillment of products and timelines associated with the 2CA. The consultancy will assist in the planning and follow-up of activities, ensuring effective implementation of key activities and inter-agency coordination, while also enabling the achievement of inclusive and participatory NDCs that are reported to the UNFCCC.
