Objectives: The Supporting Innovation in the Philippine Technical and Vocational Education and Training System Project (SIPTVETS) is aimed at modernizing the Philippine TVET system to meet industry-driven demands and enhance employability of graduates. The project focuses on innovating training programs through the development of 21 new Training Regulations (TR), Competency Standards (CS), and Competency Assessment Instruments (CAIs) for emerging industries such as Farm Automation and Mechanization. The role involves leading the development of these standards, ensuring alignment with industry needs and incorporating gender equality and environmental sustainability principles.
