RFP-071-IND-2025-Participatory Village Development Planning and Livelihood Value

Objectives: The Request for Proposal (RFP) for Participatory Village Development Planning and Livelihood Value Chain Mapping aims to engage an organization capable of implementing a comprehensive rural development strategy. This project covers the development of decentralized, data-driven village plans through participatory methods using GIS and digital tools. Key objectives include the enhancement of state machinery for integrating these plans into their annual schedules, identification of opportunities for livelihood upliftment, and the mapping of potential agricultural and allied value chains for future development. The project focuses on several districts in Mizoram and Jharkhand, facilitating capacity building within local communities.
