Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations must be consulting firms legally incorporated in eligible countries as defined by the Inter-American Development Bank's selection policies. Firms may form joint ventures or engage subconsultants to enhance qualifications. The nationality of the firm is determined by its country of incorporation, or for joint ventures, by the representative firm. Firms can express interest in one or more of the designated lots, but only one lot will be awarded. Interested firms must demonstrate the necessary qualifications and relevant experience, all detailed within a 25-page submission. No electronic submissions are accepted.
