Objectives: The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is looking to contract a service provider for the manual processing of travel expense reports generated by its internal structure in Germany in 2024, which includes approximately 34,000 expense reports mostly related to business travel. The purpose of the tender is to attain high quality, time-efficient, and cost-effective auditing and processing services for these reports, leveraging digital tools such as SAP Concur Expense. The contract duration is slated to be four years, with the prospect of two additional two-year extensions. The services are expected to commence operations in Germany by July 1, 2026, after successful implementation.
