Sélection de Deux (02) Consultant(e)s Formateurs.trices Individuel(le)s pour la Réalisation de Missions d'Assistance Technique en Coiffure Dame et Maquillage au Profit de Jeunes Primo-entrepreneures Coiffeuses

Objectives: The objective of this mission is to provide technical assistance to approximately 130 young beginner hairdresser-entrepreneurs in the Alibori, Atacora, Borgou, and Donga departments. The aim is to train these entrepreneurs in techniques for braiding, weaving, brushing, and making wigs and other styles of women's hairstyles. Each recruited trainer will be responsible for training about 65 entrepreneurs, organizing them into classes based on their residence. The mission involves diagnosing training needs, developing practical training modules, and conducting workshops to improve hairstyling and makeup techniques. Additionally, there will be support for action plan development to implement skills acquired, alongside ongoing coaching sessions to ensure at least 85% success in action plan execution.
