Preventive Medicine Service for all SPC Staff

Objectives: The Pacific Community (SPC) seeks to partner with a preventative medicine service provider to ensure the fitness and health of its globally recruited workforce. The core objectives are to validate staff fitness for work, promote health and safety, and proactively prevent job-related health issues. The provider will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by conducting initial work fitness check-ups for new hires and follow-up medical assessments every three years. They will also assist in implementing a prevention strategy, respond to urgent medical situations, and ensure coordination with health management staff. The provider will operate across SPC's official offices in New Caledonia, Fiji, Vanuatu, Federated States of Micronesia, and Polynesia Regional Office, as well as in countries where new staff are hired, maintaining a global network of medical providers to deliver seamless services.
