Service providers for the implementation of the Multilateral Organisation Performance Assessment Network (MOPAN) assessments and analytical studies

Objectives: The tender invites proposals from consulting firms or consortiums to provide services related to the Multilateral Organisation Performance Assessment Network (MOPAN). It involves two main service categories: organisational assessments, which are evidence-based evaluations tailored to institutional contexts, and analytical studies that include system-wide analyses, thematic reviews, and comparative studies. The successful candidates will sign a framework contract up to three years, with potential renewal, to support the OECD in evaluating and improving the performance of multilateral organisations.
