RFP-075-IND-2025-Delivery of training on human rights due diligence and guidance on operational grievance mechanisms for selected companies

Objectives: The tender aims to enhance the capacity of Japanese companies and their supply chains in India to effectively implement Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD). This initiative supports the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights by providing comprehensive training and practical guidance to companies, notably those in textiles, automotive, electronics, and ICT sectors. The expected outcomes are the design and delivery of tailored training sessions and the development of operational grievance mechanisms for selected companies. UNDP India collaborates with global benchmarks and aligns with international standards to ensure corporate practices and grievance mechanisms are effectively enhanced, benefiting the wider business ecosystem and aligning with global human rights standards.
