Objectives: The tender seeks a creative agency to co-create gender-transformative Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) content to support the implementation of the HPV vaccine introduction in Ghana. This strategic communications campaign is aimed at promoting the HPV vaccine among specific user groups such as adolescent girls and boys, parents, and community influencers. It will utilize behavioral science research to design effective content that resonates through preferred communication channels in local languages, ultimately aiming to increase awareness, confidence, and uptake of the HPV vaccine, while bolstering trust in Ghana's health system for adolescent services.
