RFP-Hiring an Agency for CDRI’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Automation

Objectives: The Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI) is seeking to hire an agency to convert its existing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Framework into an automated reporting system with a real-time data dashboard. The platform is intended to streamline data management, enhance monitoring processes, and support performance assessments and learning components for CDRI's strategic initiatives as outlined in its Strategic Work Plan 2023-26. This web-based platform should be user-friendly and cost-effective, reducing dependency on manual methods and improving data accuracy, while ensuring data security and privacy. The platform will be used initially for a period of three years.
