Framework Agreement to support EIB Advisory Activities - Growth Capital and Corporate Finance

Objectives: The tender issued by the European Investment Bank (EIB) concerns a Framework Agreement supporting EIB Advisory Activities in Growth Capital and Corporate Finance, across four primary objectives: (i) Project Development Assistance (PDA) for projects under the Growth Finance Advisory and Corporate Advisory divisions, accompanied by the InvestEU mandate; (ii) Horizontal activities that facilitate dedicated studies and in-depth research within the EU-27, EFTA, specific industrial sub-sectors, and emerging technology fields; (iii) Ecosystem Development services focusing on sector events, company mappings, and content creation to enhance stakeholder engagement and knowledge dissemination; (iv) Corporate Governance advisory to enhance business governance practices and disclosures.
