Objectives: The tender seeks to engage experienced professionals to support the Government of Moldova in streamlining its public service access within the framework of EU integration. The focus lies on implementing the eIDAS 2.0, especially those related to eKYC systems, under the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization and the e-Governance Agency. The objectives are to establish a Reusable eKYC infrastructure, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and enhancing service delivery efficiency. This initiative aims to facilitate Moldova's progress in adopting and aligning its national legislations with the EU acquis, thereby strengthening policymaking, regulatory compliance, and enhancing service interoperability with EU standards.
