Terms of reference regarding the selection of a company/organization that will conduct an Omnibus opinion poll

Objectives: The Center for Partnership for Development (CPD) is seeking a company/organization to conduct a national survey to explore and reveal entrenched stereotypes concerning gender roles, particularly evaluating the Moldovan electorate's openness to women's participation in politics. The project aims to select a qualified entity to perform a national sociological study that analyzes gender role perceptions within various societal contexts, including politics, family, household, and public life. This survey will be conducted through a carefully designed opinion poll encompassing 15 to 18 questions and targeting voters' perceptions of gender representation in leadership roles across society. The final survey results are expected to be submitted by September 27, 2025.
