Procurement of Plant Design Supply and Installation for Underground Cable Laying (Lot 3)

Objectives: The tender involves the procurement of plant design, supply, and installation for underground cable laying as part of the Expansion of Transmission and Distribution Systems project in Suriname. This project is financed by the Islamic Development Bank and the Saudi Fund for Development. The tender encompasses three main underground cable system connections with specific technical requirements: a 161 kV double circuit cable system between Substation R and Substation D2 (10 km approximately), a 110 kV double circuit cable system from Substation D2 to Substation RW (approx. 8 km), and another 110 kV double circuit cable from Substation J to Substation A5 (approx. 2 km).
