Objectives: The primary goal is to conduct a comprehensive organizational audit of the DPAC Fronteira association to identify its strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to strengthen its structure, operational efficiency, and its capacity to manage complex projects and international funding. Specific objectives include evaluating DPAC's organizational structure, governance, decision-making processes, and internal procedures; analyzing the adequacy of human resources, skills, and means allocated to the association's missions; examining the administrative, financial, accounting, and legal management tools and practices; identifying capacity building needs and proposing a realistic operational action plan; and formulating recommendations to improve the organization's compliance, efficiency, and sustainability, considering local contexts and the demands of partners and donors.
