Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations for this tender must either be manufacturers or authorized suppliers with considerable financial and technical expertise. Manufacturers are required to present evidence of sufficient financial capability, specifically a bank reference indicating positive credit relations and available funds or credit facilities of at least BZ$100,000. Additionally, manufacturers must have successfully completed at least one similar contract within the past three years, offering proof through signed contracts, delivery notes, and certificates of acceptance from past clients. Non-manufacturer bidders must provide a Manufacturer’s Authorization and meet the same financial and experience standards as manufacturers.
