Services of professional supervision of works and occupational safety coordinator during the execution of energy renovation works and other works that need to be carried out for the functionality of 12 apartment buildings in Karlovac, Zadar, Osijek-Baranja, Šibenik-Knin and Sisak-Moslavina counties

Objectives: The tender calls for professional supervision of works and an occupational safety coordinator during energy renovation and other necessary works for the functionality of twelve apartment buildings across multiple counties in Croatia. The aim is to improve energy efficiency, ensuring that all buildings are renovated to meet modern standards, focusing on sustainable and safe construction practices. The project will be partially funded by the European Union as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, emphasizing the alleviation of energy poverty in the region through environmental impact reduction and resilience against climate change.
