Etudes préalables, de dimensionnement et Assistance à Maitrise d’Ouvrage pour la création d’infrastructures piétonnes éclairées entre les zones résidentielles de Montalègre & Caillou et dans le secteur de Blachon – Commune de Lamentin - Guadeloupe

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to assist the Commune of Lamentin in Guadeloupe to develop a soft mobility project to alleviate road congestion, particularly in areas near schools. This involves the construction of illuminated pedestrian infrastructure throughout the residential areas of Montalègre & Caillou and the Blachon sector. This tender includes the creation and rehabilitation of sidewalks, including 2 km of new paths between residential areas. Also planned are improvements to public lighting through the installation of solar lamps to secure pathways for schoolchildren, along with safety enhancements like barriers to separate footpaths from vehicle traffic. The expected outcomes are reduced traffic congestion, increased safety and comfort for pedestrians, heightened air quality, and community awareness of sustainable transport.
